Job summary

Ivory Group in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to deliver multiple commercial projects across Sydney, from high-end fitouts to new builds. You will own projects from early design through to handover, manage clients and site teams, and keep subcontractors accountable.

This role offers a clear pathway to Project Director for the right person, with mentoring from senior leadership and a supportive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Background in commercial fitout, refurbishment or new build.
• Strong communicator at client, team and subcontractor level.
• Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery across fitout, refurbishment and new build.
• Budget management and compliance.
• Client and stakeholder management.
• Programme oversight and reporting.
• Leading and mentoring the project and site team.
• Subcontractor and supplier management.
• Supporting business development and repeat client relationships.
