Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a Project Manager for commercial fit-out projects based in Mascot, NSW. The role oversees multiple live sites from the Sydney office, delivering projects ranging from $500K to $5M AUD with a focus on on-time handovers, safety, and client satisfaction.

You will lead site teams, ensure budget adherence, and coordinate with Contracts Administrators and subcontractors while maintaining strong relationships with major clients and stakeholders across NSW and beyond.

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $2M+ (commercial fit background essential).
• Strong experience in busy, live environments.
