Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Precinct Manager to lead the transition, stabilisation and long‑term performance of a premium Sydney CBD portfolio on behalf of Charter Hall.

You will own the precinct picture across six assets, including client relationships, the team, buildings and operating standards, with a strata component adding governance complexity. You will lead a team of Facilities Managers, establish consistent service delivery, build trusted occupier and contractor relationships, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading facilities operations across premium commercial offices or precincts.
• Strong leadership, coaching Facilities Managers and setting performance expectations.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management with institutional, occupier, strata relationships.
• Solid understanding of building services, WHS, compliance and capital works.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, transition and operational integration of the precinct into CBRE and Charter Hall platforms.
• Develop and coach Facilities Managers for six CBD assets, establishing clear standards.
• Own the senior day-to-day relationship across six assets with Charter Hall, occupiers, strata stakeholders and service partners.
• Drive maintenance, procurement, compliance, WHS and risk management consistency across the portfolio.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, reporting and capital works for precinct-wide initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability, asset performance and occupier experience.
