Job summary

Pickles Auctions is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for staff, logging and resolving IT incidents and requests with friendly, professional support at the Sydney Head Office and remotely. You will work in a collaborative IT team, handling AD/Entra ID, MFA, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices, with Jira Service Management experience preferred.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT support, a IT diploma, and a willingness to learn; in return, Pickles

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a service desk or IT support role.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID and MFA.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge including SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Support for Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Familiar with ITSM tools and ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and resolve incidents and requests via the ITSM platform.
• Provide first-line support in person at the Sydney Head Office and remotely.
• Diagnose hardware, software, network and access issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and access permissions.
• Support device provisioning and asset management.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Maintain a high-standard, empathetic support experience.
