Job summary

Professional Search Group is assisting a Perth eastern-suburbs tech firm to recruit a Level 1 Service Desk Officer. The role focuses on frontline IT support for end-users, handling day-to-day technical questions and ensuring smooth service delivery.

You’ll troubleshoot Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange and Azure AD issues, document requests, and collaborate with the IT team to resolve problems while aiming to meet SLAs and grow into more senior roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Level 1 IT service desk role.
• Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Azure AD.
• Strong ICT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and phone manners.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-level technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related queries and issues.
• Knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, and Azure AD.
• Assisting with Windows AD, Users and Computers, Security Permissions, and Group Policy.
• Documenting and tracking support requests.
• Collaborating with the IT team to find solutions.
