Job summary

MEGT Education & Training is seeking an experienced RTO Manager to lead and manage RTO operations across MEGT Education & Training RTOs in Sydney. You will ensure compliant and sustainable delivery of vocational education and training programs, while guiding student services, administration and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or management experience in an RTO or similarly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of RTO Standards and VET Quality Framework requirements.
• Experience overseeing training delivery, student services, compliance, QA and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day RTO operations including training delivery, student support, administration and scheduling.
• Provide coaching and professional development to staff and contractors.
• Oversee training strategies, delivery models, assessment systems, and moderation activities.
• Manage compliance, quality assurance and risk in line with RTO standards and funding contracts.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, delivery capacity and reporting for sustainable performance.
• Build strong relationships with learners, employers, regulators and internal teams.
