Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sydney, Australia team. This core role focuses on expanding our footprint with existing customers, moving prospects to customers, and driving initial consumption of Databricks services.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales and work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling POVs. Ideal candidates have a proven enterprise sales track record, with experience selling data platforms, AI/ML, or cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales with long cycle deals.
• Experience selling data platforms, AI/ML, big data, or cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumption by identifying value use cases and expanding usage.
• Identify, structure and close strategic opportunities with customers.
• Prospect and generate new leads within a defined enterprise footprint.
• Engage with customers via first meetings and POVs to create urgency for change.
• Maintain a clean SFDC pipeline and coordinate with CS, PS, and executives.
