Qualifications

• Experience leading Enterprise Sales teams across ANZ.
• Proven coaching of pipeline generation activities.
• 10+ years in SaaS subscription sales, including IC roles.
• Experience with backup, cloud, datacenter & security domains.
• Strong leadership in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Skilled with MEDDPICC and message discipline.
• Cross-vertical enterprise sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Enterprise Sales Executives.
• Create and execute plans to hit targets and exceed them.
• Drive a culture of pipeline generation via personal PG, channel and SDRs.
• Coach team members on customer calls and add value.
• Participate in wider sales leadership enablement initiatives.
• Build and retain partner ecosystem with key partners.
• Participate in regional strategic and tactical planning; APJ Management team member.
• Drive accurate team forecasting in line with management expectations.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
