Job summary

Talent Realised is seeking a lead for the AI-enabled studio within a well-known Australian retailer. You’ll run the modern studio, overseeing video and motion and the AI production pipeline for social, product, catalogue and campaign work across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll own the asset/model library and playbooks, shape the workflow, and guide offshore content teams. This is on-site in Sydney, full-time and permanent, with a small, autonomous team and trusted backing.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design and video editing craft.
• Hands-on production experience with generative AI across imagery, video and voice.
• Exposure to 3D and rendering workflows.
• Organised way of working; build libraries, templates and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Run the most modern part of the studio, video and motion, plus the AI production pipeline.
• Own the asset and model library and the playbooks that keep this capability shared across the team.
• Provide direction to the offshore content team on pipeline work.
• Ensure accuracy and rights management in all produced content.
