Job summary

Talent Realised is seeking a lead for the AI-enabled studio within a well-known Australian retailer. You’ll run the modern studio, overseeing video and motion and the AI production pipeline for social, product, catalogue and campaign work across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll own the asset/model library and playbooks, shape the workflow, and guide offshore content teams. This is on-site in Sydney, full-time and permanent, with a small, autonomous team and trusted backing.

• Exposure to 3D and rendering workflows.
• Organised way of working; build libraries, templates and playbooks.

Responsibilities

The Company

Reporting to the Studio Creative Lead, this well known and loved Australian retailer is the kind of brand that most people have something from in their own home, and is bringing creative production in house. They're building a lean, AI enabled studio covering campaign rollout, retail, catalogue, social, digital and video photography across Australia and New Zealand, working inside and alongside the marketing and digital team.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll run the most modern part of the studio, video and motion, plus the AI production pipeline that lets a 5 person team punch well above its weight. That covers social first and video content, motion, cutdowns and edits, the AI imagery pipeline across product and catalogue work, and the AI voice, music and sound that carries the everyday volume, with real voice talent and your own eye still the final word on anything that matters. You'll own the asset and model library and the playbooks that keep this capability shared across the team, and give the offshore content team direction on pipeline work.

What you'll bring

• Strong motion design and video editing craft, this is a creative role first, and AI is there to help you make more of it
• Real, hands on production experience with generative AI across imagery, video and voice, at commercial quality and at genuine volume
• Exposure to 3D and rendering workflows, or the aptitude to pick them up quickly
• An organised way of working, you build libraries, templates and playbooks as you go, so what you make once gets used again
• Care for accuracy and rights, comfortable working to a standard where a human reviews everything and the brand holds its own copyright
