Harvey Norman seeks a creative Video & Motion Content Creator to plan, produce and deliver high-quality video and motion graphics for learning, communications and change initiatives. You will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to craft visual content that informs and engages across the organisation.

You will manage multimedia projects from concept to delivery, ensuring accessibility and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Animation, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video production, motion graphics, animation and multimedia content creation.

About the role

Reporting to the Business Transition Manager and based on-site at our Homebush West Corporate Office, we are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video & Motion Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, producing and delivering high-quality video and motion graphic content that informs, engages and educates audiences across the business.

You will;

• Create engaging video, animation and motion graphic content that supports learning, communication and business objectives.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content, including storyboards, filming, editing and post-production deliverables.
• Partner with instructional designers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop compelling visual content &learning experiences.
• Deliver motion graphics, animations and multimedia assets that enhance engagement, understanding and system adoption.
• Manage multimedia projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring quality, accessibility and brand standards are met.
• Recommend innovative content approaches and solutions that drive learning and business outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and innovations in video production, motion design, digital learning, and audience engagement.

About you

You are a creative and technically skilled multimedia professional with a passion for visual storytelling and creating engaging digital content. You have experience producing high-quality video, animation and motion graphics content and can transform information into compelling and easy-to-understand visual experiences.

You will also have;

• Proven experience creating engaging video, animation and motion graphic content that supports learning, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and other multimedia production tools.
• Strong visual storytelling, creative design and content development skills, with the ability to transform information into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver content on time and to a high standard.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of branding, accessibility and digital content best practices, supported by a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Animation, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video production, motion graphics, animation and multimedia content creation is essential.
