Job summary

ADVINSYS PTY LIMITED is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help build a new high-rise façade and external cleaning operation in Sydney. You will develop a local B2B sales strategy, grow a strong pipeline, and convert relationships with property and facilities managers into contracts.

You should have 3+ years in B2B sales, a network in Sydney, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to handover, with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Strong relationships with Sydney property/facilities decision-makers.
• Proven ability to generate new business beyond existing accounts.
• Experience dealing with Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Building Managers, Strata Managers or Owners Corporations.
• Understanding of how commercial property services are sourced, quoted and contracted.
• Experience managing a sales process from lead to handover.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset, able to work independently and visit clients.
• Australian driver's license and right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local business development strategy across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities.
• Proactively identify and approach Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Building Managers, Strata Managers, Owners Corporations, commercial cleaning companies and other potential clients.
• Leverage existing industry relationships and develop new client networks.
• Identify opportunities for high-rise window cleaning, façade cleaning, external building cleaning and related specialist cleaning services.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through client meetings, site inspections, scope development, quotations, tenders, negotiations and contract signing.
• Coordinate with operations and qualified site teams to ensure proposed services, pricing, methodology and delivery timeframes are commercially and operationally achievable.
• Develop recurring contracts, annual service agreements, additional services and referral opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records covering leads, opportunities, quotations, tenders, contracts and sales forecasts.
• Work within company WHS, insurance and site-access requirements and ensure no commitments are made beyond the company's operational and safety capabilities.
