Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Sydney is seeking an experienced Operations Leading Hand to join our airport catering team. You will lead daily catering operations, coordinate resources and ensure on-time aircraft servicing while maintaining safety and quality standards.

As a hands-on leader, you will supervise and train team members, perform driver/marshaller duties when needed, and ensure compliance with HACCP, WHS, and reporting requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate catering operations to ensure on-time aircraft servicing
• Supervise, train and support team members
• Lead by example by performing Driver/Marshaller duties when required
• Allocate resources and manage workflow to meet operational targets
• Monitor team performance, productivity and compliance
• Complete required reporting and administrative tasks
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory standards (HACCP, WHS, etc.)
• Provide professional communication and customer service
