CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mail Services Supervisor on Swing Shift to support PC recycle and electronic waste operations across the Microsoft Puget Sound campus. You will coordinate pickups, transport materials, and ensure safety and compliance.

This role emphasizes customer service, independent work, and strong organization as you lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values. A valid driver's license and 1+ year related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience driving box trucks or similar equipment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate a 26-foot box truck to transport PC recycle and e-waste materials across campus locations.
• Perform scheduled and on-demand pickups of computers, monitors, server equipment, and other peripherals.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage materials for recycling and disposal.
• Build and maintain pallets of equipment while ensuring proper handling and inventory organization.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers requesting PC recycle services.
• Support campus sustainability and recycling programs by ensuring materials are collected and processed.
• Maintain records related to pickups, deliveries, and recycling activities.
