Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations within our Supply Chain function. You will assist with loading and unloading, process orders, scan and shelve parts, and enter data into inventory systems to keep accurate records.

The role emphasizes following defined procedures under supervision, maintaining a clean, safe workspace, and complying with forklift/pallet jack safety requirements. Strong Microsoft Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; forklift/pallet jack certification may be required.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
• Help pack and unpack shipments; process, scan, and shelve parts; enter data into inventory systems.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments; sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
• Maintain upkeep of stockroom and storage areas; merge stock to improve space usage.
• Label materials as required.
• Audit warehouse inventory reports with physical checks for accuracy.
