Carlile Swim is seeking a Swim School Manager to lead our Karrinyup centre in Perth, overseeing people, operations and performance of the swim school. You will coach and support your leadership team while remaining hands on through rostered shifts in the program.

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Lead, you will oversee the people, operations and performance of the swim school.

Working closely with your Program Manager and Customer Experience Manager, you will coach and support your leadership team while remaining hands on through regular rostered shifts in the program.
