Qualifications

• Experience managing complex capital works, infrastructure or asset renewal and lifecycle replacement programs.
• Strong knowledge of planning, governance, and project controls.
• Experience with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of sustaining capital programs and projects across campus environments.
• Provide strategic leadership, oversight, governance and reporting to senior leaders and committees.
• Manage external consultants, procurements and allocate resources to deliver successful outcomes.
