Job summary
Anglicare Sydney is seeking an experienced Capital Works & Renovations Manager to lead the delivery of capital works and residential renovation programs across a diverse Retirement Living portfolio. You will manage projects from planning to completion, oversee budgets and schedules, and collaborate with contractors, procurement, Finance, and operations to drive quality and efficiency in every project.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in capital works, construction, renovations, or project management.
- Experience managing complex capital programs across multiple sites.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage contractors/consultants.
- Tertiary qualification in PM/Construction/Property/Engineering or related.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of capital works and renovation programs across multiple sites.
- Oversee projects from planning and procurement through to delivery.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, risks, and commercial performance.
- Drive quality, cost efficiency, and renovation turnaround times.
- Lead and develop project managers and delivery team.
- Partner with contractors, consultants, procurement, finance, and operations.
