Charter Hall is seeking an Assistant Capital Works Manager to deliver capital projects across its ACT Office portfolio, ensuring quality, safety and long-term performance.

In a fast-paced live environment, you will manage budgets, governance and stakeholder relationships, shaping spaces that support tenant retention and investment growth.

The role offers hands-on delivery, cross-team collaboration and career development within Australia’s leading diversified property funds manager.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification and/or Building/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• 3 years industry experience in a similar technical role.
• Understanding of ACT design, delivery market and key players in ACT.

Responsibilities

• Shape projects across the ACT portfolio to improve office assets and tenant spaces.
• Coordinate budgets, programs, scoping, governance and reporting to bring discipline and momentum to projects.
• Build trusted partnerships with asset management, property management, consultants and tenants.
• Embed WHS&E standards and sustainability initiatives across capital works.
