ThroughCycle Rubber is expanding its sales team in Western Australia to grow our outbound B2B footprint in tyre and conveyor belt recycling. You will drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion with a strong focus on ESG and waste-compliance goals.

The role requires a confident communicator who thrives on proactive outreach, builds lasting client relationships, and delivers measurable revenue results. Hybrid flexibility with an on-site base in WA supports field engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in environmental services or industrial sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative style.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and handle objections.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify outbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and visits.
• Tailor sales pitches to client pain points and compliance needs.
• Build a robust pipeline and exceed monthly/ quarterly targets.
• Manage customer data and sales activity in CRM.
• Attend industry events and site visits to promote ThroughCycle's service.
• Collaborate with operations and management to onboard new clients.
