Job summary

All Rubber, a Western Australia-based industrial services business, seeks an Account & Relationship Manager to oversee an established client portfolio in conveyor belting and related services. You’ll be the main contact for accounts, coordinating with operations and field crews to plan and deliver safe, efficient work.

The role focuses on managing existing relationships, supporting repeat work, and driving ongoing service opportunities, with a hands-on approach to customer care and project

Account & Relationship Manager - Conveyor Belting

All Rubber is a WA-based industrial services business delivering conveyor belting, rubber lining and field services to mining, quarrying and manufacturing clients across Western Australia. We’re looking for an Account & Relationship Manager to join our team and take responsibility for an established portfolio of clients, supporting ongoing maintenance and long-term service relationships.

About the Role

This role is focused on managing existing client relationships and supporting repeat work across conveyor belting and associated services. You’ll be the main point of contact for your accounts and will work closely with our operations and field crews to plan and deliver work safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Looking after an established portfolio of conveyor services clients
• Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day account enquiries
• Visiting client sites to understand upcoming work and requirements
• Preparing quotes and job scopes for existing customers
• Coordinating with operations and field teams to schedule and deliver work
• Supporting shutdowns, maintenance programs and ongoing service work
• Managing issues early and helping resolve them in a practical way
• Maintain current client base and develop new business growth
• Keeping basic account and CRM records up to date

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role within conveyor belting/components & services
• Comfortable working with site-based teams and operational environments
• Clear communication and a practical, organised approach
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Must have Conveyor systems experience (either conveyor component sales or experienced in conveyor maintenance)
