Dexus is seeking a Governance Manager to join our Legal & Governance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sydney, Australia. You will support governance projects, compliance activities, board and committee administration, and governance process improvement initiatives.

You will mentor and partner with stakeholders across the business to uplift governance frameworks, policies and procedures, and ensure governance obligations are met with clarity and accuracy.

Formación

• Experience in governance, legal, compliance, risk, or company secretariat environments.
• Strong technical governance knowledge and ability to implement policy improvements.
• Proficient in preparing governance documentation and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance uplift initiatives and enhancement of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate governance processes including reporting, operating limits and delegations, complaints management, and whistleblower activities.
• Assist administration of board and committee governance activities, including charter reviews, director induction, training records, and evaluations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure governance obligations are met and activities delivered effectively.
