Job summary

Scentre Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead Sustainability Reporting within the Finance function in Sydney. The role partners across Risk, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Operations to ensure robust, integrated reporting and decision-making.

You will manage a team of Senior Analysts and coordinate with external auditors and consultants to deliver trusted ESG and financial disclosures aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability reporting and financial reporting.
• Ability to work with auditors and assurance providers.
• Experience translating sustainability data into financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate sustainability and climate data into financial outcomes for reporting.
• Assist in preparing the annual Sustainability Report for the Annual Report.
• Lead emissions reporting (Scope 1, 2, 3) and compliance data.
• Develop climate resilience modelling and assess impacts on cash flow and capital allocation.
• Embed climate risk into planning and investment decisions.
• Maintain Basis of Preparation documentation and support external assurance.
• Lead ESG reporting system enhancements for data quality and reporting.
