Job summary

Cleanaway, based in Malaga, WA, is seeking an Administration Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent. You will provide high-quality administrative support, handle customer interactions professionally, and contribute to achieving business goals.

The role involves processing run sheets, validating data for billing, and collaborating with Operations, Drivers, subcontractors and Finance to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Intermediate competency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to influence and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
• JDE experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process daily run sheets and supporting operational documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Validate service data, work orders, disposal dockets and operational records to support accurate billing and cost allocation outcomes.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisors, Drivers, subcontractors and Finance teams to ensure operational and financial information is complete and accurate.
• Assist with month-end administrative activities, reporting and reconciliations to support financial accuracy and operational performance.
