Job summary

KUON Omakase in Surry Hills is seeking a sushi chef to join our close-knit team. The role covers sushi preparation in front of customers, basic food prep, customer service, and serving drinks. We offer both full-time and casual opportunities with flexible hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.

Compensation begins at $79,000+ per year for full-time, dependent on experience. Applicants should have hospitality or restaurant experience, be able to multitask, and take initiative.

We are a small team that works closely together throughout service. Your main role will to make sushi and preparations for service

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can multitask efficiently
• Has good awareness and takes initiative
• Has previous hospitality or restaurant experience
