Job summary

Sushi Sushi are growing, we have more than 140 Sushi stores located throughout Australia and are proud to call ourselves Australia's favourite sushi brand! We are currently looking for a Chef / Kitchen Hand for our Charlestown / Kotara NSW restaurants.

You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen and contribute to presenting our sushi with pride and care. Experience in Japanese/sushi will be highly regarded but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced kitchen.
• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible and reliable with rotating rosters including weekends/public holidays.
• Eager to learn new skills and share knowledge.
• Maintain a high standard of food quality.
• Sushi/Japanese experience is advantageous but not required.

Sushi Sushi are Australia's original Sushi retailer, opening our first store over 24 years ago we have continued to be the largest and most loved Sushi brand since.

We are currently looking for a Chef / Kitchen Hand for our restaurants in Charlestown / Kotara NSW!

To be considered for the role of Chef / Kitchen Hand at Sushi Sushi you will need to;

Have experience working in a high volume fast paced kitchen

Have a great attitude and work ethic

Be flexible and reliable with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Willing to learn new skills and share your existing knowledge

Maintain a high standard of food

Experience in Japanese/sushi will be highly regarded but not essential
