Job summary

Globus Medical in Seven Hills, NSW, is looking for a motivated candidate to join our loanset/operations team as a warehouse coordinator. This full-time role involves picking and packing kits for surgical procedures, coordinating daily dispatch and returns across NSW, and helping maintain stock integrity.

You will work with the local sales team to ensure timely deliveries, perform stock takes, and support workflow improvements while meeting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the daily dispatch and return of loan sets in NSW and support other satellite offices.
• Receive and inspect all incoming and outgoing loan sets to match the checklist.
• Liaise with sales reps and hospital CSSD staff regarding loan set delivery and loan set return.
• Replenish consignment resupply to relevant locations.
• Record all stock usage and set movements through IT portal.
• Maintain shelf inventory.
• Perform stock takes on inventory.
• Ensure all surgeon preference cards are up to date and accurate.
• Actively look to improve work flow and processes within the warehouse.
