Job summary

Ppd Search is hiring for a logistics-focused role in Lane Cove, NSW. You will prepare, pack and dispatch surgical loan kits, coordinate with freight carriers, and support the loan set team while maintaining high-quality standards.

The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and good English communication. You will contribute to a collaborative, values-driven environment with heavy investment in people.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SAP experience with 1-2 years’ experience with material handling in medical devices.
• Excellent analytical abilities with good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a team and on multiple tasks daily.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail in documenting information.
• Proficient in Excel; Word and Outlook; RF Scanners experience.
• Must have full working rights for Australia and be able to work 5 days a week in Lane Cove.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and dispatch surgical loan kits and ensure customer orders meet requirements.
• Liaise with freight carrier to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery.
• Participate in the on-call roster and assist the loan set team.
• Report and log product complaints with QA to ensure prompt resolution.
• Follow all logistics processes to maintain high-quality standards.
