Job summary

LifeHealthcare is seeking a hands-on Loan Kit Technician in Macquarie Park, NSW. You will prepare, pack and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for procedures, ensure accurate ERP-based inventory movements, and maintain instrument functionality.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers, Customer Service and hospital partners to meet surgical requirements. This role involves on-call duties, weekend stocktakes and a focus on safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for customer procedures.
• Receive, inspect, replenish and transact kits following surgical use.
• Ensure all inventory movements are recorded accurately in the ERP system.
• Maintain, clean and test surgical instruments and sets to ensure completeness and functionality.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Customer Service, Supply Chain and hospital customers to meet surgical requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock control.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Loan Kit Technician to join our Macquarie Park team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for preparing, maintaining and coordinating surgical loan kits and instrument sets to ensure they are delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare, pack and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for customer proceduresReceive, inspect, replenish and transact kits following surgical use
• Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded within the ERP system
• Maintain, clean and test surgical instruments and sets to ensure they are complete and fully functional
• Work closely with Territory Managers, Customer Service, Supply Chain and hospital customers to meet surgical requirements
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities
• Complete daily activity logs and missing item reporting
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment
• Participate in on-call and overtime rosters as required
• Assist with annual stocktakes and cycle counts

To be successful, you will have:

• Participation in an on-call rosterSome out-of-hours work as required
