Job summary

LifeHealthcare is seeking a hands-on Loan Kit Technician in Macquarie Park to prepare, maintain and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for customer procedures. You will collaborate with Territory Managers, Customer Service and Supply Chain to meet surgical requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan kit processes and inventory control.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• A continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for customer procedures.
• Receive, inspect, replenish and transact kits following surgical use.
• Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded within the ERP system.
• Maintain, clean and test surgical instruments and sets to ensure they are complete and fully functional.
• Work closely with Territory Managers, Customer Service, Supply Chain and hospital customers to meet surgical requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
• Complete daily activity logs and missing item reporting.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Participate in on-call and overtime rosters as required.
• Assist with annual stocktakes and cycle counts.
