You will monitor bookings, resolve constraints using data, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and hospital stakeholders to keep cases on track.

You will ensure kits are complete, accurate and delivered on time, while identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and improve scheduling and supply chain

Qualifications

• Experience using computer-based systems and Excel/Outlook.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or scheduling.
• Healthcare or time-critical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate surgical kits for procedures.
• Monitor bookings and identify constraints using data.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Operations, and hospital staff.
• Ensure kits are complete and delivered on time.
• Identify process improvements for scheduling.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information per compliance.
