Job summary

Stryker in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join the Medical APAC Supply Chain team. You will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, lead demand planning processes and Executive Demand Review, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 4–6+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or related functions.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes and supply chain principles.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Power Platform.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis, commercial insights and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead demand planning processes and Executive Demand Review meetings to align stakeholders on a consensus demand plan.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to support strategic business decision-making.
• Provide forecasting insights, scenario analysis and risk assessments to senior leaders.
• Represent Demand Planning within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Support new product launches, portfolio transitions and lifecycle planning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across forecasting processes, reporting, analytics and planning tools.
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve supply chain performance and business outcomes.
