Responsibilities

• Manage flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand to ensure hospitals have what they need when they need it.
• Own end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices—from dispatch through return and reprocessing.
• Prepare and send kits with high accuracy to avoid impacting procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound devices, including consignment stock, across hospitals and stakeholders.
• Track and maintain real-time visibility of all assets in the system.
• Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits to meet safety and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements and delivery timelines.
• Solve problems on the fly, prioritising and adjusting to last-minute changes in demand.
