Stryker Australia is seeking an Associate Kit Assembler to ensure surgeons have the right tools for life-changing procedures. You will manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand, and own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits from dispatch to return and reprocessing.

You’ll work with hospital stakeholders, perform quality checks with high accuracy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a dependable team player with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including on-call shifts.

Responsabilités

• Manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand.
• Own the end-to-end movement of surgical kits from dispatch to return and reprocessing.
• Prepare and send kits with high levels of accuracy to avoid impact on procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound devices across multiple hospitals and stakeholders.
• Track real-time visibility of all assets in the system.
• Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits for safety and compliance.
• Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent requirements and timelines
• Solve problems on the fly, prioritising and adjusting to last-minute changes in demand
