Job summary

Stryker in Australia is seeking an Associate Kit Assembler to ensure surgeons have the right tools for procedures across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage the end-to-end movement of surgical kits and devices, from dispatch to return and reprocessing, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, calmness under pressure, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate with hospitals and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have full Australian working rights.
• Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
• Willing to work a rotating roster from 7am–7pm, including on-call and some evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment.
• Experience in healthcare or medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand to ensure hospitals receive what they need, when they need it.
• Own end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices from dispatch to return and reprocessing.
• Prepare and send kits with high accuracy to avoid impacting procedures.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound devices, including consignment stock across multiple hospitals.
• Track and maintain real-time asset visibility; perform thorough quality checks on returned kits.
