Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Kit Assembler in Australia to ensure surgical kits and medical devices are prepared and delivered with high accuracy. You will coordinate kit movements and work closely with hospital stakeholders to meet urgent surgical demands.

This role requires reliable teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Australian working rights and a valid driver’s license are essential, with a rotating roster from 7am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work rotating rosters including early mornings and evenings.
• Australian working rights required and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of surgical equipment across Australia and NZ to ensure hospitals have what they need.
• Own end-to-end movement of kits and devices from dispatch to return and reprocessing.
• Prepare and send kits with high accuracy to avoid impacting procedures.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound devices, including consignment stock across hospitals.
• Track and maintain real-time visibility of assets in the system.
• Perform quality checks on returned kits to meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders on urgent requirements.
