Evolution Mining’s Northparkes Operations is seeking a Surface Services Coordinator to lead the day shift Services Technicians and FlexCrew, coordinate contractors, and ensure safe, efficient surface processing support.

You will manage reagent deliveries, waste services, and road/traffic management while driving safety, compliance and continuous improvement within the processing environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive operational leader with experience in mining, processing, or heavy industry.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for coordinating teams.
• Experience in coordinating surface services and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day shift Services Technicians and FlexCrew.
• Manage contractors and supporting surface services activities.
• Coordinate reagent deliveries, ball loading, and waste management services.
• Support road and traffic management requirements across site.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Drive operational improvements and maintaining processing documentation.

What’s the opportunity?

Reporting to the Processing Production Superintendent, the Surface Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a range of ancillary services that support the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant. Leading a team of Services Technicians and FlexCrew personnel, you will ensure operational services are delivered effectively while driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the surface processing area. This role also provides an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader to further develop their leadership capability and support broader operational objectives

This role is a 9 day fortnight

Based at our Northparkes Operations, you’ll:

• Lead and coordinate the day shift Services Technicians and FlexCrew team.
• Manage contractors and supporting surface services activities.
• Coordinate reagent deliveries, ball loading, and waste management services.
• Support road and traffic management requirements across site.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
