Evolution Mining’s Northparkes Operations is seeking a Surface Services Coordinator to lead the day shift Services Technicians and FlexCrew, coordinating contractors and surface services to ensure safe, efficient processing operations.

You will manage reagent deliveries, waste management, and traffic support while conducting risk assessments and safety audits, driving continuous improvements in processing documentation and site performance.

Qualifications

• Proactive operational leader with experience in mining, processing, or heavy industry operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate people and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day shift Services Technicians and FlexCrew team.
• Manage contractors and surface services activities.
• Coordinate reagent deliveries, ball loading, and waste management services.
• Support road and traffic management requirements across site.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Drive operational improvements and maintain processing documentation.
