Job summary

Surf Life Saving Australia in Brisbane is seeking a customer-focused Supporter Services Team Member who will handle supporter records, campaigns and donor interactions. This full-time role combines administration with frontline service, supporting membership and donor retention while working within a collaborative team.

You will use multiple databases and devices, respond to enquiries, and contribute to a positive, proactive culture that helps keep Australian beaches safe.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supporter records and data across databases and systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email and written communications.
• Manage inbound and outbound supporter interactions.
• Support membership retention and decline recovery activities.
• Assist with supporter, donor and lottery campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to grow supporter engagement.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Learn and adopt new systems, technology and processes.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
