Surf Life Saving is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Engagement Officer in Brisbane. Earn a guaranteed base of AU$35 per hour, about AU$68,250 per year, plus weekly performance bonuses and full paid training. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday daytime hours, with weekly pay.

No prior experience is required. You will learn, be coached, and supported to succeed, with opportunities to progress and increase earnings based on performance.

Looking for a full-time role with great guaranteed pay, weekday hours and the opportunity to earn significantly more based on your performance?

We’re growing our Brisbane team and looking for confident, motivated people to join us in an entry-level customer engagement role.

You’ll receive a guaranteed $35 per hour base rate, equivalent to approximately $68,250 per year, plus weekly performance bonuses on top.

For strong performers, total annual earnings can reach $90K–$110K+ including bonuses.

No previous experience is required. If you’re confident, reliable and willing to learn, we’ll provide full paid training, ongoing coaching and plenty of support to help you succeed.
