Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ) is seeking an organised Education administrator to support member training, maintain compliance and deliver excellent service. You will manage enrolments, records and data across aXcelerate and other systems, while collaborating with trainers and stakeholders.

The role offers flexible, hybrid working options and a strong focus on accuracy, process and customer service. A relevant VET/business admin qualification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Current Working with Children Blue Card or ability to obtain.
• Experience in administrative or support roles, preferably within education or member services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using databases and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
• Experience in training administration within an RTO.
• Experience with aXcelerate LMS or SMS.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate training administration, enrolments, assessments and certification.
• Maintain accurate training records and student data in aXcelerate and systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, trainers and stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance, reporting and regulatory requirements for training delivery.
• Support continuous improvement across training administration processes.
• Contribute to Education team's operations with proactive administrative support.
