Job summary

Focus Care is seeking caring Support Workers to join our team in the Northern Melbourne area, including Mernda, Epping, and Craigieburn. With a minimum of two hours per client, you’ll build genuine connections and positively impact daily living.

We run shifts Monday to Sunday, ideal for nursing/allied health students or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to assist with personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support.
• Ability to travel to participants' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Provide transport and accompany participants to appointments or activities.
• Support community access and participation.
• Assist with domestic duties and household tasks as needed.
• Support participants to live independently in their homes.
