Job summary

Focus Care in Brisbane and Gold Coast seeks caring Support Workers to build connections with participants, providing assistance with daily living and enabling independence. A minimum of two hours with each client helps tailor support to individual needs.

To join, you’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, a willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Check, and availability for 10–15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Disability Support Workers - Brisbane and Gold Coast

At Focus Care, we're seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for participants in Brisbane (Greenslopes) and Gold Coast (Main Beach).

Our services runMonday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing high-quality support.

To join our team, you'll need:
