Job summary

Focus Care is seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in Sydney's Southern and Eastern Suburbs. You will build genuine connections with participants and support their independence in daily living.

Roles are casual, temporary, entry level with flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday; you may travel to participants' homes and provide personal care, transport, and social support as needed.

Qualifications

• Current drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to assist with personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support.
• The ability to travel to participants' homes.

Description

At Focus Care, we're seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for participants in Southern Sydney including Kogarah and across the Eastern Suburbs, including Little Bay, Kingsford, Maroubra and Matraville.

Our services runMonday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing high-quality support.

To join our team, you'll need:

• A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
