Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to deliver in-home care in Coburg/Preston/Pascoe Vale and Whittlesea. With a minimum of two hours per client, youll build rapport and meaningful connections in a rewarding role.

Applicants should have a current driver license, an NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain), and be available to work 10-15 hours weekly. Roles may include personal care, transport, domestic tasks and social support with travel to clients homes.

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.

We are currently recruiting for participants in the Coburg/Preston/Pascoe Vale area as well as requirements for participants in Whittlesea. Services are required Monday to Sunday and may be suitable for experienced support workers, as well as students studying nursing or a related allied health discipline.

About You

• Current driver's license


• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)


• Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week


• Willingness to provide services such such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client's homes within a specified location

Longer hours and increased workloads are available, and the role may include weekend and overnight services.
