Job summary

Focus Care on the Gold Coast invites compassionate Support Workers to provide in-home care and social support. With a minimum two hours per client, you’ll build genuine connections and make a positive impact on daily living. Roles cover personal care, transport, and community access across the Gold Coast region, including Main Beach.

We value flexibility, ongoing training, and a friendly team environment, with competitive pay rates and kilometers/shift allowances. Join us to support independence.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Mon–Sun.
• Willingness to assist with personal care, transport, community access and domestic tasks.
• Ability to travel to participants' homes.

Job description

At Focus Care, we're seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives.

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for participants on the Gold Coast (Main Beach).

Our services runMonday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing high-quality support.

To join our team, you'll need:

• A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
• A willingness to assist with, personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support
• The ability to travel to participants' homes
