Job summary

Home Caring Pty Ltd is seeking casual Support Workers to join our team in the Botany area. The role requires availability for morning, noon, afternoon and evening shifts and experience with Aged Care or NDIS participants.

Responsibilities include personal care, daily living assistance, transport support, medication assistance, and accurate documentation. A caring, patient, and empathetic approach is essential, with a current First Aid/CPR certificate and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Caring, patient and empathetic nature.

About the role
