Job summary

Beaumont Care is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team in the Redcliffe area, providing person-centred care in homes and the community. You will support aged care and NDIS participants to live safely, with dignity, and independence.

While initially casual, there is potential for permanent placement in coming months. Roles involve shifts across mornings, afternoons, active nights and sleepovers, seven days a week, with a focus on delivering high-quality, respectful care aligned

Qualifications

• Compassionate, positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting elderly and NDIS participants.
• Experience in home care or disability is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct.

Job description

We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team working in the community and private homes within the Redcliffe area. This role involves providing person-centred care support to aged care and NDIS participants while ensuring safety, dignity, and independencewhile at home and within the community.

We have a variety of shifts on offer, across mornings, afternoons and active night shifts and sleepovers, 7 days. This exciting opportunity is initially offered on a casual basis, with the view to go permanent within the next few months.

About You

A fun and positive attitude

Experience in home care or disability preferred, but not essential.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
