SAI Home And Community Care is a Melbourne-based boutique home and community care provider serving the South Eastern and Mornington Peninsula regions. We support clients in their own homes, focusing on personalised care and strong team connection.

This role seeks compassionate individuals to assist with daily tasks and mobility, enabling clients to remain independent. Applicants should have relevant checks, a valid Victorian driver’s license with insured transport, and CPR/First Aid.

Competenze

• NDIS/Police Check or National Police Check is required.
• Victorian Driver Licence and own insured transport.
• CPR & First Aid Certificates.
• Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.

About You

You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have;

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check
• Victorian Driver Licence AND your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle.
• CPR & First Aid Certificates
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills

About The Role

We're looking for Support Workers to support a variety of NDIS and aging clients 1-1 in their own homes in the Rosebud area!

Whether you're currently completing your Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or looking to transition from residential aged care into in-home support, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll provide personalised support to help clients remain independent in their own homes and community. Duties may include:

• Domestic assistance
• Mobility support
• Social companionship

You'll travel up to 30 minutes to support clients in Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana, and Safety Beach. If you're passionate about making a difference and delivering quality care, we encourage you to apply.
