Accept Care is seeking qualified community care workers to support clients in their homes across Adelaide’s Western Suburbs. You will assist with daily living, personal care, and building connections under care plans with office support.

The role involves hands-on community support, daily living tasks and meaningful client interaction, with a focus on safety and independence.

Qualificações

• CERT 3 in Individual Support or equivalent in aged care or disability.
• NDIS Screening Check and WWCC required.
• Manual handling, infection control, and First Aid/CPR certifications are expected.
• Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.

Responsabilidades

About The Role

We are building a team of qualified care workers to support our clients through the week. You’ll support them to live independently and safely in their own home and community. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a dedicated office team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily living needs.
• Some domestic support including mopping, vacuuming and general cleaning.
• Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.

Work Locations - Adelaide’s Western Suburbs, including Henley Beach, Grange, Seaton, Findon, Fulham, West Lakes, Woodville, Torrensville, Plympton and surrounding suburbs

Shift details - Mon-Fri (8am - 4pm)

Open to discuss about the contract type - permanent or casual!!

About You

You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.

You’ll also bring:

• Cert 3 Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability

• Driver license and access to a registered and roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
